Travelling by Car

Travelling by Train
Main Train Stations:- Towards Vendôme:
The TGV station at Vendôme - Villiers-sur-Loir connects Loir-et-Cher with Paris - Montparnasse in just under an hour (direct service). This line also links to the stations at Poitiers and Bordeaux.
- Towards the Loire Valley:
The TER line between Tours and Orléans primarily serves the stations of Blois - Chambord, Mer, and Onzain - Chaumont-sur-Loire.
- Towards Sologne:
The Sologne region is accessible from the stations at Paris, Orléans, Vierzon, and Bourges. The main stations served in Loir-et-Cher are Salbris and Lamotte-Beuvron.
- Towards Beauval and the Cher Valley:
The line from Tours to Bourges (and onwards to Lyon) offers access to several stations in the Cher Valley, including Saint-Aignan - Noyers (the closest to ZooParc de Beauval), Montrichard - Val-de-Cher, and Selles-sur-Cher.

Loir-et-Cher does not have an airport with regular connections to other cities. The nearest airport is Tours Val de Loire Tours Val de Loire, which offers several flights per week from Marseille, as well as international destinations.
