The owners, young artists, invite you to immerse yourself in a family home dating from the 70s, in excellent condition: the house is brimming with noble materials (marble, silk, solid wood, carved stone fireplace, bronze piping...) and represents a journey in itself. You're in the heights of Bourré, a troglodytic village criss-crossed by miles of tunnels. In summer, you can take in the panoramic view over the Cher, cool off and enjoy water sports at Montrichard beach. Less than 30 minutes away, discover the many treasures of the Loire Valley: the magnificent Beauval Zooparc, the Domaine de Chaumont sur Loire and its gardens, the Château d'Amboise, the Château de Chenonce
