Le Beauharnais - Sherri and Nicola welcome you to La Ferté Beauharnais, in the Loir-et-Cher department. They propose a responsible seasonal gastronomic cuisine based on short circuits, local products, world spices and vegetables. On the plate: a melting pot of techniques from elsewhere, products from here.... or the reverse. Nicola's mission is to simply sublimate the products of the producers for the pleasure of the taste buds. Sherri's mission is to accompany you on your culinary journey through the choice of wines, the atmosphere and the history of the suppliers and the dishes. The menus evolve according to the seasons.
