A DECOR FAR FROM ANY STANDARD
Located on the site of the farm's former dwelling house, the restaurant welcomes lovers of fine, authentic gastronomy in an architecture and décor that are far from standard. Inspired both by the turrets of Renaissance castles and the haystacks of the countryside, a huge thatched flower houses a series of open spaces overlooking the pond terrace, the farmyard or simply the landscape. In keeping with the refinement celebrated for centuries by the estate's prestigious owners, the interior décor is based on a permanent dialogue with the incredible roof framework, left exposed by the architects and transformed into a veritable night sky.
