Beautiful english park, 3 walks possible in the woodland area and discovering the swan pond nicely embellished with a little madness: the swan lodge. The château of Villesavin was built from 1527 to 1537 for Jean le Breton, finance secretary of Francis I. After their common incarceration during the Battle of Pavia in 1525, Strong bonds of friendship have developed between the king and Jean le Breton. At the return of the war, Jean le Breton became finance minister of Francis I and head of construction work at Chambord château. To assist Jean le Breton, Francis I offers him the lands of Villesavin which will become a kind of « Chambord worksite hut ». This château enabled to watch out the works which began in 1519, stopped in 1524 because of the Italian war and resumed at the end of 1526 wi
