About
Hubert and Olivier Sinson are part of a family of four generations of father and son winemakers. The wines are produced carefully and skilfully on an estate of 22 hectares with respect for tradition with the use of modern production tools. Guided tour, description and visit of the vineyard, explanation of winemaking process and, according the time : Discovery of the vines. Other production : AOC touraine traditional method (fine bubbles). Also : open days on the Easter week-end (from Saturday to Monday) and during the middle of december month.
