In the sacristy of the church of Saint-Hilaire, you can see a collection of religious objects, priestly vestments with historiated orphreys on red velvet from the 15th century and an Italian cabinet in engraved ebony from the 18th century, which perfectly complete the discovery of mural paintings in the church for lovers of sacred and religious art.
The museum can only be visited as part of guided tours (for groups only) of the church offered by the town hall or by the Vendôme Tourist Office.
The church of Saint-Hilaire dates from the 12th century and was remodelled in the 15th-16th century.
- The murals painted during the remodelling represent the story of the three dead and the three living and the legend of Saint-Eloi.
- The choir stalls are adorned with carved misericords and parcloses (16th century).
