About
The water mill, owned by Fossé city until January 2001, is located inside a courtyard of a typical farm astride the Cisse river, at the bottom of the Val de Cisse. Restored the same as the 19th century mill, this water mill made bread floor. It worked since 1954, making grinds (flattened grain for animals). All the 3 floors are occupied. On the 1st floor, a small museum presenting the mill. On the 2nd floor, a beekeeping museum and on the 3rd floor exhibitions. This farm also has a bread oven that still works.
