The brothers Bernard and Bertrand Doussineau are among the first in the Centre-Val de Loire region to have taken the bet of growing truffle (tuber melanosporum), from 1987. The vast majority of their truffle fields are planted with trees inoculated with black truffles from Périgord. Today, they supply restaurants with this exceptional product, and sell locally as well as in local markets.
Season from mid-December to the end of February.
